Loan Officer for a Direct Lender
Loan officer position available immediately for a purchase lead specialist with a direct mortgage lender in SD. This is an inside position working out of our San Diego office. IFFG is was just ranked the 3rd largest mortgage company in SD, top 100 fastest growing companies in SD, and best places to work in 2009. IFFG is a unique in that we do 100% of our marketing online in our name therefore all applications we receive are exclusive to IFFG. We do not purchase any internet leads. Loan officers receive all leads in a live transfer after our customer service team makes initial contact. Currently our average loan officer is closing on average 8 units with top producers closing 10+units monthly. This position will work exclusively with purchase leads that apply to IFFG. The commission splits are up to 50% of IFFG generated leads on 80% on self generated business. Job Includes

Provide exceptional service and loan management for all loans from lock to funding. Work as a team with sales and IFFG partners to ensure the loans under your management are being processed with attention to detail, accuracy, with in compliance of RESPA.
