After completing an online application you will receive an email from a licensed Financial Specialist including a government disclosure package and a list of items we will need to lock your rate. Once we receive your documentation and signed disclosure package you will receive an email within 24 hours confirming the program, loan amount, rate, points and fees that have been locked. If you chose you may float your rate. In this event your documentation will be reviewed and held by your Financial Specialist until the rate you desire is available. All of the rates posted on our website include a 30 day rate lock. Longer rate lock terms are available but may require additional cost.
